Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will refund your purchase price (subject to conditions).

To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. 
These provisions also apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are faulty.

Please notify us either by email to returns@bizzielizziescreations.co.uk or by letter to our land address that you would like to return goods; please specifying exactly what goods and when purchased, giving full details of the reason for return. 
We will then issue a returns note. 
If you send goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to deal with it promptly.
In the event of a defect - Goods must be returned to us as soon as it is discovered.
Where possible goods should be returned:
In original packaging and in their original condition; including invites, stuffing, wishing charm, bag, birth certificate and thankyou cards if supplied.
They should be securely wrapped and include our delivery slip.

Unless faulty, goods are returned at your risk and cost.
