Delivery and Postage

UK delivery - orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days of us receiving your order.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude all public holidays. If you require an order urgently please call on 01483 576215 and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements. Small orders are despatched by Royal Mail and are priced according to weight. Larger orders are delivered by Carrier on a next day service at acharge of £10.00.
Should there be any additional charges we will notify you when you place your order. If you require your order to be sent to Northern Ireland, Eire or the Highlands of Scotland then this carries a higher charge and will be priced according to weight.
Unfortunately we are unable to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with neighbours or any special delivery instructions. If your order is being sent by carrier then we can leave instructions for the carrier company although we cannot take any responsibility for these instructions to be carried out and any consequence of these instructions.
